Calvence Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Complimentary Express Overnight Delivery within Pakistan on orders exceeding PKR 3,000.

  • Standard Shipping: A minimal shipping fee of PKR 200 applies for orders below PKR 3,000.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation

  • You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are eligible for return.

  • The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party (not the carrier) takes possession on your behalf.

  • To exercise your right, you must inform us via a clear statement by email: info@calvence.com.

  • Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

3. Return Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not be the perfect fit. You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

    • The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

    • Items purchased on sale or discount codes may have different eligibility (please check specific offer details).

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or custom-made products.

    • Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

    • Skincare products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).

    • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@calvence.com (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) or use our website contact form.

  2. Reason for Return: Briefly explain the reason for returning the item(s).

  3. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Returns should be sent to:

  • We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. Calvence is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank to credit the amount back to your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

  • If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

8. Exceptions & Additional Considerations

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products are non-returnable.

  • Sale or promotional items may carry different return eligibility (stated at purchase).

  • Exchanges may be considered for unopened products in cases of incorrect delivery.

  • Customers are encouraged to download and use the Return Form available on our website for faster processing.
