Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary Express Overnight Delivery within Pakistan on orders exceeding PKR
3,000.
Standard Shipping: For orders below PKR 3,000, a minimal shipping fee of PKR 200 applies.
Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you’ll receive your parcel’s tracking number via email.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes products may not be the perfect fit. If you encounter any issues with
your Calvence order, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 4 days of receiving your package. Here’s
how to initiate a return:

Reason for Return: Briefly explain why you’d like to return the product(s).
Return Approval: Upon receiving your request, we’ll review it and provide you with a return
authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items securely.
Conditions for Return
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
The return must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the order.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may have different return eligibility. Please refer to the
specific offer details at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item,
damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 1 Please note that it may
take additional time 2 for your bank to credit the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non
refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
